Crafty dress
Created this Dress using strips of paper (some were repeatedly scrunched to get the frill around the skirt) glue,stickles and embellishments then mounted it onto a card for future use. I never add greetings to cards until I need them as then i can add the greeting to suit. I want to enter this into the challenge for making your own embellishments at Craft Room Challenge
